Shipping and Delivery - India
At Shiuli Jewellery, we’re committed to ensuring that your beautiful pieces reach you with the utmost care and efficiency. We offer nationwide shipping across all pin codes in India, partnering with trusted logistics providers to guarantee timely and professional delivery of your order.
Order Dispatch
Once you place an order with Shiuli Jewellery, we strive to process and dispatch it within 2 working day. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with tracking details, so you can stay informed every step of the way. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll let you know right away and keep you updated on the new timeline.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, we’ll send you an email containing your Tracking URL and AWB number. This allows you to track your order in real-time and stay updated on its journey to you.
Order Delivery
For India: We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro locations, from the time we dispatch your order. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasionally unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed and guide you on the best way to track your order.
Please note: To ensure smooth delivery, a 10-digit Indian mobile number is required, as our logistics partners use OTP-based verification. If you miss the OTP, it could delay your delivery, and additional charges may apply if the package is returned to us. If this happens, we’ll work with you to reship the order, and the shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
